Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Sponsor and administrator: Voltspin Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”). Questions may be sent to kt@playvoltspin.com. Instagram and other social platforms are not sponsors or administrators of this promotion.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and District of Columbia who are at least 21 years old at entry and where the promotion is permitted. Officers, employees, campaign administrators, and promotional partners directly conducting the drawing, plus members of their immediate households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Two Entry Stages

• Outbound Stage: begins September 10, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 13, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The drawing is scheduled for September 14, 2026.
• Return Stage: begins September 14, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends September 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. The drawing is scheduled for September 19, 2026.

Entries are assigned to the stage in which they are received and do not roll over. Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Visit playvoltspin.com/spotted during an active stage and submit the registration form after spotting the parked VoltSpin BMW X6, an official VoltSpin campaign shirt, or both. A valid completed registration earns one entry in the applicable drawing.

For five additional entries, publish an original photo or video of the sighting during the applicable stage, tag @playvoltspin, include #VoltSpinSpotted, and provide the public post link on the registration form. The post must remain public and available through winner verification. Sponsor may reject posts that are unsafe, copied, fraudulent, unlawful, indecent, or unrelated to the campaign.

Limit one valid registration and a maximum of six entries per person and email address per stage. Automated, duplicate, bulk, or manipulated entries are void. Never photograph, scan, or use a phone while driving.

5. Prizes and Value

Two prizes will be awarded—one in each stage. Each prize is a Hawaii hotel-stay certificate or equivalent Sponsor-arranged hotel benefit for six days and five nights, covering hotel accommodation at up to $350 per night, depending on season and availability. Maximum approximate retail value (“ARV”) is $1,750 per prize; maximum total ARV is $3,500.

The prize is not an all-expenses-paid trip. Airfare, ground transportation, meals, taxes, mandatory property or resort fees, gratuities, incidentals, insurance, and all other expenses are excluded unless Sponsor expressly confirms otherwise in writing. Seasonal pricing, blackout dates, booking windows, occupancy limits, property rules, and fulfillment terms apply. If the actual hotel value is below the maximum ARV, the difference will not be paid in cash.

6. Winner Selection and Announcement

Sponsor will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible weighted entries received in each stage. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries. Potential winners will be contacted using the email address submitted and must respond within three days, confirm eligibility, and complete any requested declaration, release, or tax documentation. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or does not respond on time, Sponsor may select an alternate.

After verification, winners will be announced on Instagram at @playvoltspin. Public announcement timing may follow the scheduled drawing date while verification is completed.

7. General Conditions

Sponsor may verify every entry and disqualify anyone who tampers with the promotion, submits false information, violates these rules, or acts disruptively. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, force majeure, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity, and may select winners from eligible entries received before that action. Prizes are nontransferable and have no cash alternative, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value when necessary.

8. Liability, Publicity, and Privacy

To the extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor and the referenced social platforms from claims arising from participation or prize use, except claims that cannot legally be waived. Winners are responsible for applicable taxes. Acceptance permits Sponsor to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, and submitted campaign content for promotion without additional compensation where lawful. Information is handled under the Privacy Policy.

9. Separate Travel Offers

The complimentary destination request available during registration and any travel benefit connected to a Founder package are separate promotional or customer benefits. They are not drawing prizes, do not require winning, and do not increase a participant’s odds in either Hawaii drawing.
