Yes. There is no fee to join VoltSpin Rewards. Members must be at least 21 years old and meet eligibility requirements in their jurisdiction.
What are Status Credits?+
Status Credits measure progress toward annual VoltSpin Rewards status. They are not spendable, transferable, or redeemable and have no cash value.
What are Volt Points?+
Volt Points are promotional loyalty points that may be redeemed for available catalog rewards. They are not Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What is the VoltSpin Passport?+
Your Passport is a permanent digital achievement history for eligible milestones such as status, tournaments, creator rooms, referrals, travel, activations, and special events.
Do I have to purchase anything to participate?+
No purchase is necessary to join VoltSpin Rewards or use designated no-purchase earning opportunities. Some earning methods may relate to eligible Gold Coin package activity while others do not require a purchase.
Does reaching Voltage or Legacy guarantee a trip?+
No. Those tiers may make a member eligible to claim an annual benefit, but travel also requires at least 90 qualifying active-play days, identity and account verification, good standing, timely submission, available inventory, and written confirmation.
Are airfare and travel fees included?+
Only when the written benefit says so. Voltage airfare support is capped at $800 total and Legacy airfare support at $1,500 total for the member and one companion. Each confirmed offer will identify covered costs, taxes, fees, and exclusions.
Is Founder status the same as annual Rewards status?+
No. Verified Founder recognition remains permanently in the VoltSpin Passport. Annual Rewards status is earned separately and may change from year to year.
