How we use information

We use information to process pre-registration and travel requests, confirm eligibility and availability, prepare certificates, communicate about fulfillment, administer reimbursements, support customers, process optional package purchases, prevent fraud, measure campaigns, improve VoltSpin, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

Communications and your choices

We may send transactional emails or contact you about a request you submitted. If you separately select the optional marketing checkbox, we may email news, offers, travel opportunities, product information, and other updates about VoltSpin before and after launch. Marketing consent is optional and may be withdrawn through an unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Providing a phone number for travel fulfillment does not, by itself, enroll you in recurring promotional text messages.

How information is shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, payment processing, travel fulfillment, reimbursement review, and professional services. Travel details may be shared with participating hotels, resorts, booking providers, or transportation providers as needed to fulfill an approved benefit. Payment information

Payment-card details are entered directly with the disclosed payment processor and are not stored by this prelaunch website. We may retain order identifiers, payment status, amount, and receipt links needed for support, accounting, fraud prevention, and fulfillment.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including travel fulfillment, reimbursement records, customer support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests
