By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Voltspin Holdings LLC is referred to as “VoltSpin,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” If a certificate or written offer identifies an additional fulfillment provider, that provider’s stated terms also apply.

1. Eligibility and website status

This website is intended for adults age 21 and older. Age confirmation does not replace identity, residency, account, or eligibility verification. VoltSpin is currently in prelaunch. Features, launch timing, destinations, inventory, promotional components, and jurisdictional availability may change.

The prelaunch website does not accept wagers or prize-redemption requests. Sweepstakes promotions, when offered, are separate and governed by their applicable Official Rules and free method of entry.

2. Travel Reward Terms

What the certificate provides. A valid certificate provides only the hotel accommodation, destination category, duration, occupancy, and other benefits expressly written on that certificate. A participating property may be a hotel or resort. The certificate is not cash, a ticket, or a confirmed reservation and may not be resold or transferred without written approval.

Destination and booking. A destination selection is a preference until confirmed. Properties, destinations, dates, room types, inventory, blackout dates, supplier restrictions, and eligibility apply. The destination must generally be at least 50 miles from the recipient’s primary residence. Submit travel preferences at least 30 days before departure. A refundable property deposit or payment card for incidentals may be required by the participating property.

Costs paid initially by the recipient. Unless the certificate expressly says otherwise, the recipient initially pays applicable hotel taxes, mandatory hotel or property fees, airfare, baggage charges, ground transportation, meals, parking, insurance, deposits, and personal expenses.

Minimal trip deliverables. Within seven days after hotel checkout, the recipient must submit: one short, original vertical video describing the honest travel experience; at least three usable photos or short clips from the destination or participating property; and itemized receipts for every expense claimed. Materials are reviewed for timely delivery, usability, and technical compliance—not for positive sentiment. If the recipient publishes content about the benefit, the post must clearly disclose that VoltSpin provided or supported the travel experience.

Tier 1 hotel stay and hotel-fee reimbursement. The promotional trip deliverables are the only performance requirement for the standard Tier 1 hotel stay. After those deliverables and the itemized receipts for claimed fees are accepted, eligible hotel taxes and mandatory hotel or property fees are reimbursed in full. No activity, play, purchase, or deposit requirement applies to the Tier 1 hotel benefit.

Airfare-only 90-Day Qualified Activity Requirement. This requirement applies only when “airfare support” or an equivalent airfare benefit is expressly written on the certificate or written offer; it does not apply to the standard Tier 1 hotel stay or reimbursement of eligible hotel taxes and mandatory hotel or property fees. Airfare reimbursement eligibility requires an active VoltSpin account in good standing and qualifying activity during the 90 consecutive days following activation of the airfare benefit. Activity must occur on at least 15 separate calendar days, including at least four activity days during each 30-day portion of the qualification period. This requirement may be completed entirely with Gold Coins made available without purchase. No purchase, deposit, paid gameplay, Sweeps Coin wager, or Sweeps Coin redemption is required. A purchase does not shorten the period or increase reimbursement.

Eligible airfare reimbursement. After the airfare-only activity requirement, account verification, and itemized-receipt review are complete, an expressly included airfare benefit is limited to one eligible round-trip standard-economy ticket up to $500 total and either one carry-on charge or one checked-bag charge—not both.

Not reimbursable. Seat upgrades, premium economy, business or first class, additional baggage, ground transportation, meals, parking, travel insurance, change or cancellation fees, property incidentals, and personal expenses are not eligible unless VoltSpin expressly approves them in writing before they are incurred.

Reimbursement has no cash alternative and applies only to documented eligible expenses actually incurred. Missing, altered, duplicate, late, or unverifiable receipts or deliverables may be rejected. Fraud, misrepresentation, duplicate claims, account manipulation, or violation of these Terms may void the certificate or reimbursement eligibility.

3. Pre-registration and communications

Submitting a travel request creates a record for eligibility, availability, and certificate processing; it does not create a reservation. Transactional communications about the request may be sent whether or not optional marketing consent is selected.

If you select the optional marketing checkbox, VoltSpin may email you news, offers, product information, travel opportunities, and other updates about VoltSpin before and after launch. You may unsubscribe at any time. Marketing consent is not required to submit a travel request or receive a valid certificate.

4. Founder packages and checkout

Founder packages are optional and separate from the no-purchase travel request. Package price, included items, promotional components, and payment terms shown at checkout control. Payments may be processed by Square or another disclosed payment provider. Refunds, reversals, disputes, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or invalid attribution may affect package benefits.

5. Gold Coins and promotional Sweeps Coins

Gold Coins are entertainment currency with no cash value. Sweeps Coins, where available, are promotional and are not purchased directly. Eligibility, methods of obtaining Sweeps Coins, playthrough, redemption, and free-entry provisions are governed by the applicable platform Terms and Official Rules. Purchasing does not guarantee winnings.

6. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may not misuse forms, submit false information, impersonate another person, interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate tracking or eligibility, or use the website unlawfully. VoltSpin names, logos, designs, copy, and other materials are owned by or licensed to VoltSpin and may not be used without permission.

7. Third-party services and limitations

Travel suppliers, hotels, resorts, airlines, payment processors, and other third parties operate under their own terms. VoltSpin is not responsible for a third party’s acts, cancellations, property rules, transportation delays, or events outside VoltSpin’s reasonable control. To the extent permitted by law, the website and prelaunch materials are provided without warranties beyond the express written benefits stated in these Terms or a valid certificate.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Material conditions already written on an issued certificate will not be reduced retroactively except where required by law, supplier cancellation, safety, fraud prevention, or circumstances beyond reasonable control; a reasonable substitute may be offered when available.
